A scandalous invitation to investors for privatization of HTP ‘Ulcinjska Rivijera’: Agency of Montenegro for Economic Restructuring and Foreign Investments and the Raiffeisen Investment, privatization advisor to the Government, called yesterday public tenders for selling 60.73 percent stake in HTP “Ulcinjska Rivijera”. But the information contained in this invitation to tender regarding the amount of public capital that needs to be privatized as well as share nominal value was false.

Od kada je kriza zahvatila i Crnu Goru poslovni ambijent u crnogorskim opštinama se pogoršava. Pove?avaju se postoje?e lokalne komunalne takse i porezi na firme i uvode novi. Država i opštine su u raskoraku.
Dok centrala ?ini sve da se eleminišu biznis barijere, formiranje i savjet za njihovo eliminisanje… pojedine opštine takse su pove?ale i do 300 odsto. Prva je reagovala Montenegro biznis alijansa upozorivši državu na ovaj problem i traže?i da obuzdaju apetite opštinskih mo?nika.

Instead of 1st of September, the deadline for the submission of final bids for Velika plaza and Ada is now the 1st of December: According to unofficial sources, the investor needs more time to get prepared for the development project of Velika plaza, estimated at more than EUR 20 billion. The implementation of the entire project of Velika Plaza would take 20 years approximately. In terms of financial power, the company “Hydra Properties” has no serious rival in the tender competition.

Tourism offer of Montenegro presented at the Travel Fair in Pristina: The Tourism Minister Nenezic pointed out that in compliance with the strategic orientation of Montenegro a special attention has been paid to the markets in Central and Western Europe, and in the region. Montenegrin offer is defined by its quality, attractiveness and significantly lower prices.

UK-based company Cubus Lux confirmed for Daily “Vijesti” that the project for former military resort near Ulcinj is prepared: Cubus Lux will present its concept solution which includes close cooperation with local community, local entrepreneurs, suppliers and business associates. According to initial forecast between 400 and 500 new jobs will be created.
