Në datat 19 dhe 20 Maj mbahet në Ulqin takimi i tretë i Forumit të Albansoferës. Forumi mbledh ne takime periodike politikanë nga partitë politike shqiptare në rajon. Është një iniciativë e Grupimit G99 në Shqipëri, mbështetur nga Fondacioni Friedrich Ebert. Në këtë takim fokus është Diaspora Shqiptare.
